I love beetles. They're like little living armored tanks. The reflective surfaces of this rhino beetle would make an interesting vector art project. I'll add that to my list of thousands of things I want to do "one of these days."

I just have to ask, is this beetle alive? Because every time I try to take a photo of an insect that's not a butterfly, they're too darn fast for my camera! How'd you do it? :0

I was looking up the price of these, 100-200 dollars...wow :| And I saw a video of someone in Japan I think it was that breeds them for certain qualities, such as milky eyes :o
