This was my submission for The Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators art contest. The challenge was to create a piece suitable for children, but based on the Rolling Stones song "You Can't Always Get What You Want." "Raggedy", where two girls are fighting over a Raggedy Ann doll, won 1st place!

Poor Annie... lol She probably has no idea how much they're pulling her legs since she doesn't usually feel physical pain. But I love the idea that you used a quilt like theme for the backdrop! It so perfectly suits the Raggedies. :3 And congratz on first place!
